From what I understand and know at this point, it is just that...a rumor. The plans for both rides are near identical from what I have been led to believe, with the only differences being the outside, the queue layout and the queue's backstory presentation (as the story of the ride does seem to fit better at DCA than the Studios). In fact, the blueprints for MGM's that were leaked out can be directly placed over the foundation work at DCA's new building and guess what, they line up perfectly.

But since leemac stated above something I mentioned in a few other threads where you brought up this unsubstatiated rumor, are you happier now?

I am quite happy. Besides..it's perfect knowledge that most duplicate attractions at WDW and DLR are better in the west coast. So there.

You answered my question, but I wasn't aware I couldn't ask something about another post without getting a reply with an attitude behind it. If you had a legitimate reason for asking the question again, I don't think you would have answered my question with the personal jab. For all I knew, you might have heard something new since the time this claim was brought up before.

Although I wouldn't necessarily say that the story fits better at DCA. It is about being shrunk to the size of a toy - at one park that happens in the queue area (due to the size of it) and in the other it happens in the first show scene (a portal of such) in the ride vehicle. Toy Story Mania at D-MGM will have a bigger impact than just the attraction whereas at DCA it is the only Pixar treatment for Paradise Pier (at present). The Victorian conversatory that will be the shelter for the "outdoor" queue at DCA is very pretty though.
