this is most important to me for the 23rd since that's the day I plan to see the Osborne Lights over at the Studios, and the 25th since that's the night I have a dinner reservation in Epcot.

After that it would be on a one out one in basis for resort guests only. None of the other parks closed that day.

We already knew this would happen & since our son wasn't due in till around 2pm we decided that EPCOT was the best plan. Of course it is also our fave park & we really didn't want to deal with the mass of humanity either.

We never felt overly crowded the entire day & had a wonderful time. We ate @ CR for a late lunch/early dinner. It's so removed & calm we left refreshed & ready for the rest of the day.

Couple that with all the Christmas activities EPCOT is famous for it just felt like it was the place to be & was the icing on the cake so to speak. ;)

We arrived Christmas Eve day & went to the parks that evening without any difficulty getting in. To my knowledge there weren't any closings for capacity except Christmas day @ MK only the entire time we were there. We left the 29th I believe.

As I said we haven't been the actual wk of Christmas since but I have doubts that it has changed much.

On the 24th I'ld get to DHS at least by early to mid afternoon not because of closings but because the Osborne Lighting is so very popular you may want access to the queue without having to wade thru a sea of humans. There is nothing like being there when they turn on the lights. We love it & never miss going. They have changed & improved it over the yrs & have added photo spots we got several from last year as well as took a ton of our own.

Ann you're going to have a wonderful time.

So far, my "must-do" list on this trip consists of:

    Hall of Presidents
    Space Mountain

    American Idol Experience
    Toy Story Mania
    Osborne Lights
    Mission: Space

dinner in Epcot on Christmas :)

Soooooo, I think I'll be able to get my must-dos done on the 23rd and 24th, hopefully, then be able to just leisurely wander Epcot on Christmas - sooooo, maybe I'll hit the MK bright & early just so I can say I was there on Christmas! hehe :)
