I am so happy for Ollie and his family that he is getting this recognition...not just for pioneering expressive character animation, but for setting a standard that is still high today. I went onto the frankandollie.com web site and was saddened to notice that it now redirects to the animation world network web site. Anyone know why? I'm guessing Ollie isn't up to adding new content, but it was a nice and comforting presence on the web.
