You'd think they'd be in a position to want to do so if they thought it would be profitable for them. If not, what do the new folks think they know that the others don't?

Although we know the huge scope of the project, we've heard almost nothing about the actual tenants or the dining/retail ratio. I would expect that they'll probably each add another restaurant or two to the mix, though probably not as large as this one
