In the last few months, I've actually watched a lit of the TGM films on TCM, including the all-but-forgotten Footlight Parade. Makes a lot if sense, I they're showing them anyway

I'm also looking forward to them broadcasting some classic Disney content. It will be like the old Vault Disney stuff they used to show late at night. Perhaps this will inspire them to air that sort if stuff more often

I wonder if this will eventually incldue re-do of the ride itself, maybe so additions or subtractions as to what films are featured.

Also, with this clear and present embracing of the attraction, I could see this one receiving, even if not new movies, but "magical enhancements" a la Alice at DL.

Exactly what I'm wondering. Ferret is right that this is sponsorship match made in Heaven, however it won't mean much if the guest experience isn't improved drastically. I've always regarded TGMR as one of WDI's most ambitious but most disappointing E tickets.

I also suspect that any upgrades (if any) will be done during overnight hours. I just don't think the park can handle closing another major attraction, especially if LMA goes away soon, as rumored
