At DLR, the Toys for Tots drive is linked to the admission of the annual holiday party, where each CM is encouraged to bring a gift to "pay for" their admission. It's great that WDW CMs continue the tradition of giving, even without their party I also find it odd that the toys were given to kids in Orange & Seminole Counties, considering that WDW property is in Orange & Osceola Counties, but perhaps that's just a reflection of the local demographics (I know relatively little of the area beyond WDW's borders)
