On the whole WDW attractions have a great record for running.

After my first time it got kind of annoying to get to and from the MK, but we did find during the Christmas holidays the monorail was quicker. I much prefer parking at the three other parks, we always managed to get awesome parking spots very close to the park.

The rest aren't bad... most WDW table service restaurants are pretty good. But they are fairly interchangeable... choose based on whatever menu sounds good and fits your price range. Deb Will's site has menus for all the WDW restaurants and is a good source of information.
