    It is quite the show.

I think getting your picture taken with Captain Jack in Adventureland is worth the price of admission as well. He's really good.

I really liked the little black bags for collecting the chocolates and beads - that said the actual collecting of the treasure was not on par with what I'd experienced at Mickey's Not So Scary where I felt the CMs really were into it and made it fun. In fact our first stop over by Big Thunder the CMs were obnoxious and having more fun making jokes among themselves than they were interacting with guests. And most of the others were just kind of pass stuff out pretty indifferently.

On the flipside, one standout CM over by the Haunted Mansion chased my husband down to give him more beads after he started yelling "Pirate!" at me because I'd taken his and put them on a good 30 feet away. It was hilarious. Plus she she "scolded" me for my pirate ways and told my husband if I took any more of his treasures to talk to her. HA!

I think I most enjoyed seeing CMs all over the park from attractions attendants to a guy pushing an enormous garabage bin stop what they were doing to do grand swooping bows in front of all the little girls dressed as princesses. Most of them also said "Your Highness" while doing it. Awesome!

The miscellaneous activies didn't have much interest for us although kids seemed to be pretty into them. The Jolly Roger Haunted Riverboat thing we thought was lame...and at times hard to hear. It was nice to take the Liberty Belle at night so we stayed to the back where we really couldn't hear the story part.

Lines were particularly short that night. Definitely the most underattended party night we've ever done. Rode Big Thunder twice in a row and could've gone a third time except that my husband was like uh no twice was good.

The parade was nice but for me definitely does not have a catchy and fun song to get stuck in your head like "Boo To You" which I love.

Fireworks, by far hands down my favorite of any I've seen now at MK. There's not much I could say beyond that without giving things away for anyone still headed to see it. But if you love fireworks, be sure to get a great spot and enjoy!

Overall as far as the parties go MVMCP will probably always be my favorite, then MNSSHP then the P&P Party. And its not that I wouldn't do it again, I just like the other two better.

And for a couple with no kids the parties are a great way for us to get a long weekend trip in to WDW. We did DAK and Epcot on Sunday 2/4 and then the P&P Party on Monday 2/5 and easily were able to more or less get all our favorites in.
