The last time I was there, there were several items I'd seen in the park, but were unavailable at World of Disney. If I can get ashopping pass, where do I get it?

People have tried to push this by coming in 70 or 80 minutes after they arrived, and they get charged the 56 bucks for a ticket. Most everything is available at World of Disney anyway, so the argument that you had to get some specific item and couldn't do it in 60 minutes time never flies with Guest Relations. You'll be charged the price of a day ticket if you are late.

And also we've always been told that you can go to the newsstand and tell then what "hard to find item" you needed and they will call the store and have it brought up to the stand for you.
