The existing MK parking lot will remain, but will instead support a new theme park built east of that parking lot (along the old airstrip) that includes super thrill coasters (Star Wars & Marvel themed) after a future (not yet created) mobile app animated/game characters theme land replaces Marvel at Universal. This of course will happen AFTER Apple buys Disney, and removes the "Disney" brand, renaming the region "Mickey World". I also predict they will sell off all land south of US192, including their interests in Celebration. And... the oceans might rise 17" at most

Operating expense really isn't that high compared to other options... it is the infrastructure that costs a lot.
