The one that I take issue with is Universal's celebration of Mardi Gras through May. Mardi Gras is supposed to be a celebration during the build up to the austerity of lent, which traditionally is a time for a total lack of celebration. Their celebration just plows right through lent and keeps going on the other side. Mardi Gras is a season, and I have no problem celebrating it as such, but it needs to stay within its proper limits (January 6/7 until the day before Ash Wednesday)

All that said, I really like that they're doing this at the GFH. These types of small unadvertised offerings are what really sets great service apart. Do they still do the CM-decorated eggs, or am I confusing that with the pumpkins in the fall?

I agree with understanding Christmas up after Christmas, but it's up before and after.
I just didn't know how the Easter eggs would do with no build up.
They are very beautiful to see.

Since they are pieces of art I think they should be on display a few extra days beyond. I have noticed the pumpkin displays usually are removed pretty quickly...probably because the pumpkins start to decay.
Anyway I hope the photos are posted because some of them are so creative they almost look professional. I just want to add thank you to the cast members that share their talents for the guests to enjoy!
