I just think there is some premature celebration here. If the new leadership of the Democrats can make some positive changes I will be the first to congratulate them. The country seems to have come back toward the center a little, Rumsfeld is out and Bush is saying that he's open to new ideas about what to do in Iraq. You've got to plan for your candidate's campaign by _making_ the other guy fail. The parties win, but the American people lose, because each side is sabotaging any good work the other side may do. God forbid you leave the incumbent with the a successful policy he can point to during the coming campaign.
