It wasn't until she got involved with the National GOP heads that her position changed to be aligned with the Bush admin. in that they are above the law. So, I don't believe Palin is the leader. Whoever put her up to it is another issue, but she's clearly the defiant leader, and that should be something the Alaska government considers very strongly (whether or not she happens to be vice president at the time)... I would LOVE to see her hauled in shortly after taking office. If anyone up there has any guts, she will be (on contempt of state congress charges, if nothing else). This sort of thing SMACKS of "lawbreaking only applies to the have-nots". It's disgusting.

Throwing the small time soccer mom in jail would be a good start, with the ultimate goal being jailing Rove himself for his contempt of the law. It's too big a stretch for me to assume Bush could ever do jail time, but all the minions need to suffer. Maybe then, we'll see a small modicum of respect and humility for the rule of law return to our "elites" who right now resemble Nazi Germany in all its' glory.
