From a quick search, it looks like the Four Seasons prices are about the same as a rack rate for one of the Deluxe hotels. Given that the Four Seasons is far nicer, I would personally prefer that option if I were working in that budget. I don't know if transportation to/from the parks and airport is available at the Four Seasons, which is a big bonus of staying at a Disney hotel, but I would assume that's not a huge concern for the typical FS clientele
