I didn't expect them to start it when they did (with SS still finishing and AKLV yet to start). I don't believe they are having any media whorefests for a while. Even on Epcot's 25th ... and it would kinda be tacky to announce it then ... so who knows? You need to stake out the area. I would also expect them to be at pretty much the same point with all foundation work at this time, and they have only done stuff to a very small section of the land. The concept art that was leaked about a year back looked like a huge round tower with a courtyard in the middle, which is nothing like what this appears to be. It looks like this footprint is about the size of a standart fastfood resturant, but with foundation work for a building about 5-7 stories tall. I guess we will just have to wait and see what shows up here. My guess right now is some sort of infrastructure buildings (power, trash, and maintainence most likely).
