When you go from a small three-story wing where the rooms hold a maximum of five to a 14-story tower with villas and suites that can house many more ... you're bound to put pressure on the infrastructure. Sure, some folks might walk to the MK. But most are likely going to be too lazy. And many will be heading elsewhere. But, hey, Disney can practically print the money on this one and that's what matters.

This is a very common name for restaurants, hotels etc all over Nepal. I dined in the Yak and Yeti restaurant here in Sydney only a couple of months ago (Good food too, on Glebe Street).

I have no idea how many units are going to be at the Contemporary DVC (if it is DVC). But the 1 bedrooms (up until now still) only sleep 4, and I'd expect would be around that same 700 square feet that other current 1 bedrooms have. A 400 square foot hotel room at the Contemporary sleeps 5. So it's more room, fewer guests to that room. But we'll see.

If there are a lot more 1 bedrooms than studios, that would help.
