    I knew more then the CM. I'm sure that doesn't surprise most of you but that hasn't happen to me before.

    She asked about Cinderella Castle and what was my favorite dining and why. She told me that people call and she doesn't always know answers to their questions, so she just asked me.

    Just thought it was funny...

    If I am not mistaken, you aren't actually calling WDW; the CM on the other end is at one of Disney's call centers. It's concievable that CM has never even been to a Disney park.
