She is great with the kids. We always trade pins and last week sought her out because she always has a great lanyard. She was very kind to us even going into a backroom and bringing out a cork board with at least 100 pins for us to trade. She probably spent 10 minutes with us. My kids were thrilled. It was one of those magic moments at disney. I should have gotten her name and filed a compliment. To all the CMs out there you guys are a big part of the magic. Thanks

I usually attend durig SWW - and the staff there has been great calling people about limited items for me etc..-- or asking what kind of pins you're looking for - then go back the next day and the person has pins waiting for you. I mentioned I collect Donald pins to one CM-- within 2 days he had 5-6 pins waiting for me..including CM lanyard pins.

Some of the people at OKW have been there a long time. One of the management team was the water trolley driver when we joined and has moved up thru the ranks - still pleasant as can be ..and helpful

We never saw her in person but she made a great impression on our family. we had 7 towel animals by the end of the week. When we returned to the room my kids wouldn't allow anyone in the room. We all had to enter at once so we could all see what she had done that day. I hope Disney appreciates the CMs as much as we do.

I certainly wish they got better treatment from management than they do. Giving them a livable wage would be a giant step in the right direction.
