If you really want to see Tinkerbell in a darkride, she can be found daily on Peter Pan (though you won't find Silvermist, Rosetta, Fawn, and Iradessa).

Unless someone else in the internet community has any insider info .. sounds like the Tinkerbell plan may have lost some steam .. but is still a consideration.

They were going for the younger audience and theater or home does not seem to matter to them. So it is cheaper to make it for DVD.

People who havent been to the parks in a long while will travel again to see new shows and attractions. As far as the crowds go i think we are forever doomed.

It may not be the same as Disney Princesses which has done $4bn of business since its official launch in '00 but it is a business that never existed before. I'm not sure by whose measure that the Disney Fairies franchise hasn't been successful.

Though the 2 movies are cute and quite enjoyable, we will not be stung again.
