We took the tour that started at 9AM and it ended with a wonderful lunch at the Gallery. Since they've converted the Gallery into a suite, I'm not sure where the lunch is held now.
It was definitely worth the money! We got a peek at Club 33, learned a lot of the history of Walt, we rode the train and went to see the Tiki birds.
If you have a Disney Visa there is a 20% discount, too.

This should take you right to the info. It states that lunch is on Main Street USA, but it doesn't say specifically where. It says the price is $59, but 20% off with a Disney Visa. (so, about $47, if you have the visa)

We've taken the tour twice now. Once a few years back before a meal was included.

We've always enjoyed the tours and have never regretted the money spent. The CM can make or break a tour, we always seem to get one that is "in training" :) If they don't know an answer to a question they'll find out for you when they get back to the Tour Garden.

Timing is another thing for the Walk in Walts tour. We were supposed to get a peek at Club 33 (just the lobby) but there were guests in there at the time so it was skipped. If you aren't familiar with the Club you might want to research it so if you do get a peek your daughter will know how cool that is :)

    Have fun!

Where does the tour start/end, and where are the Tour Gardens?
    What were the lunch options?

It was nice to have a tour guide to ask questions and hear Park info we had never heard before. We did it when dinner was served at the Gallery. Met nice people on the tour and felt like we got more than our money's worth.

That is also where lunch is served after the tour. (Well, it was lunch for us. We took the morning tour...I think it was 9 am)

Part of the tour is listening to Walt himself and the rest is your guide giving you the facts.

We did go into the lobby of Club 33 and oh, how I wished we could go upstairs! :) It was neat to learn the extent of Club 33, by the way....I never new how "long" it is.

The lunch was a good sandwich, chips, cookie, fruit and a drink. We got a commemorative pin as well.

We went on the Jungle Cruise and in the Tiki Room. While in the Tiki Room, we had a very special privilege that I shall not reveal here.

I do recommend it. It's like being in your own little world while the rest of the guests in the park just swirl around you. Have fun!

I am really excited to see Club 33 and the "special" events in the Tiki Room. I LOVE the Tiki Room (and my anual Dole whip).
Are there any other rides included in the tour?

We did get to ride in a very special car on the train from NOS to Toon Town, though. (Forgot about that! :)

I'll bet if you call the tour folks and ask, they should give you a reasonable expectation.

Perhaps each tour varies somewhat depending on the conditions of the day.

We did get to see the lobby of Club 33 - very cool! And we got to ride in the Lilly Bell - Walt and Lilly's personal car on the train - that was awesome!

I agree the guide makes the difference! Our guide was so-so - had the script memorized really well, but didn't personalize it too much - a little like watching an anamatronic guide!!!
