I've NEVER had a bigger hassle trying to book a trip than when trying to book my 2003 DLR stay through AAA. They had ALL the promo literature and cardboard "Book Disney Here!" standups in the office. But as soon as I said, "No, DisneyLAND. CaliFORnia, not Florida," they were somehow simultaneously flummoxed and disinterested. The ONLY reason I put up with their horrible service -- their lack of knowledge and their lack of motivation -- was for the Enhanced FastPass they they alone offered. Turns out that the Enhanced FastPass was a nominal benefit during my trip. I was able to constantly roam both Parks with fistsful of FastPasses in my hand, which was reassuring. But at the same time, I realized that, uh... I didn't really need them. Utilizing the regular FastPass system would have worked just about as well.
