I have multiple questions about this place.

    1) What is the fee to go here. Do you have to buy a "Pleasure Island" pass or whatever its called to go here? I really have no desire to go to any other "clubs".

    2) Is this one of the 21 and over places or can all ages enjoy it?

    3) Explain it to me! I've heard many people go in, and just don't get it and leave. I think Mark and I would really enjoy this place but I also know Mark can get frustrated if he doesn't know exactally where to go and what to do. I would hate for us to leave and miss the fun just because we were confused.

    4) Any and all other information about this experience would be great!

    1. I think as huge Disney fans, you need to go. You do need passes for Pleasure Island, but many ticket deals offer hoppers (or you may get a deal as Mark is a cast member).

    2. This one is pretty much open to all ages.

    3. It is an experience club with an impro team in character all the time. Travellers from around the world meeting to share their expereience. At the bar, sit on a stool and ask the bar man to work a little magic - experience the ups and downs of the club.

In the Mask room, talk to the walls.

In the library, enjoy the tails of the members, and listen to the haunted organ.

In the main Parlor, the Major may ask you to join in a sing song.

Be sure to drink a Kungaloosh, also the club greating to all members.

    Enjoy.

Also, if you are there, also be sure to check out the Comedy Warehouse for a little Who's Line Is It Anyway type of action.

Fantastic night out and one of the things we miss out on since having kids. enjoy

This is the first time I've heard of such a thing, but then again I haven't been to PI in a really long time - a couple of years, at least.

To me it falls under the "you either get it or you dont" kind of humor. Kinda like Monty Python or Mel Brooks...

I would rate it at PG-13 humor so pretty much for all ages.

I dont know the cost as I get in free most of the week...

Em, do you happen to know is Disneyland CM's get discounts to get in? Last time we were there we didn't really have time to explore that area much but we did ask about rates and the CM there wasn't sure if Disneyland CM's got the same deal as WDW CM' and I couldn't really find anything on the Portal.

I dont know if it'd be free or at worst getting the CM discount ticket (we have to pay on the weekends)

When I arrive on Sunday, I'll be upgrading my park hopper to a standard AP and buying a Pleasure Island AP for $60 since I don't need the water parks so I can visit the AC as much as I want. That said, single club admission is $11.66 and when they first went to the "per club" thing, it was indeed said that you had to pay the multi-club price of $23.38 to enter the AC, but I don't know if that's still the case or not.

2.) You can bring in a month old baby if you want - Disney wotn' stop you, but if you bring in kids, the cast will tone things down a TAD and will make fun of you for being a bad parent. I always like that bit. :D

3.) To expand on what Dave said - they'll tell you where to go, never fear. :) hehe They announce each show, and when you're in there, you can go to the doorways of each room and look at the schedule for the evening. If you want to see EVERY show they offer, you'll HAVE to visit on multiple nights, as they do have some shows that overlap. Also, if you get the Atlantis matches, I WANT THEM! lol I finally got the napkin last trip. :)

4.) Deb also has some info on her page: <a href="http://www.allearsnet.com/btp/faq_adv.htm" target="_blank">http://www.allearsnet.com/btp/
faq_adv.htm</a> but that needs to be updated, as it still mentions the New Year's Eve party every night, which thankfully is no more.

Actually I enjoy the vibe once the big crowd moves on. You can have more one on one time with the few cast members who still wander around the main lounge. Even just chatting with the bartenders during a few quiet moments is a really nice break in the evening.

Your best bet is to come on in, sit down, and slowly plug into the vibe of the place. the AC is like no other place on Earth, and well worth the investment of an hour or two to check out all the goings on.
