I had a big beef with the front desk and manager at AKL regarding a service dog, but that's not the normal situation for a guest. The hotel is beautiful and other than that one experience, the staff has been great.

Most of my complaints are with irksome situations in the parks. The only housekeeping problem we had was in POR before the rehabs.

They also stated that the mousekeeping was great. We are going in December again and I can't wait to return. I hope your trip will be a great one for you. I don't like to hear that when someone goes on vacation and they were disappointed in one way or another. Here's a link that I use for reviews as well.

Only bad housekeeping that I have run across at WDW was POR - so bad I'll likely never return to that hellhole.

Also, while staying at Wilderness Lodge, a bellhop employee grabbed my rear end, HARD while I shopped in the store. It was a whole fiasco, but in the long run, nothing happened and I was treated very nastily by management. I think it's so funny that both incidents happened in deluxe resorts but meanwhile, when I've stayed in the value or moderate resorts I personally haven't had any problems there. weird.

Worst housekeeping experience for us at WDW was at Coronado Springs. From the random dirty sock in the trash can when we got in to the bathroom that was full of mildew and mold and just never seemed to be very clean the whole room just seemed kind of scuzzy to me. Although at the same time another couple was travelling with us and was on the other side of the resort and their room was fine I guess. But it was enough for me to not be eager to return there again.

My mother always told us to mention and we always felt goofy doing so, but after those two times we don't feel as silly...

Poor, poor TDLFAN. Do you say things like this just to get me to comment? It works every time, so keep it coming!

I looked at him and said you don't have time for this? Isn't this what you get paid to do is to assist your resort guests? He just looked at me with this blank stare. I spoke to his manager as well as the concierge manager. Whether that did any good I don't know but outside of that our stays at the GF have always been great. As for that bellhop who grabbed your bum, that would have been the last thing that he would have done if that was me. I hope you gave him h@#! for that. Like I stated before, no matter which resort or hotel you stay at you should be treated with the utmost respect.

I realize that the word Pixie dust was around long before I picked it as a name, that was a comment to the original poster. Anyway, I think the poster can speak for himself!!!
