The hotel is beautiful and other than that one experience, the staff has been great. Most of my complaints are with irksome situations in the parks. The only housekeeping problem we had was in POR before the rehabs.

Like I stated before, no matter which resort or hotel you stay at you should be treated with the utmost respect.
