I do remember when Beauty & the Beast was at Fantasyland Theatre. I loved the show. Especially the casts. I recall whoever was playing Gaston "got" the character and played it to a T. Since B&TB is on Broadway, perhaps they might do a mesh of the FL show and the Broadway show. The theater itself is ripe for something on a grand scale.

As for the show, B&B seems like a step backwards. The original B&B at DL served as the template for their now hugely successful run of Broadway shows, so it would make more sense to me to try to do that sort of thing again (as I think Aladdin was supposed to be, potentially). Little Mermaid (obviously more ambitious than the MGM version) or Mulan might work.
