I love it there, that is why my goal is to go back every year this is why I watch my pennys to take a trip. I count down days from excitment, and I think of interesting things for my children to do during the year that is cheap so that I don't have to spend a lot during the year and can put that money towards disney world. So I guess I just am tired of reading the nasty comments about Disney World. My children still have the wonder on their faces when they meet the princesses when they meet tinker bell, and when they just walk into the place so that is awesome to me. They look forward to the trip all year, and I love it. So please stop with the negative.

I was just so busy focusing on the holiday offerings I barely had time for anything else. That is a good thing. I really did have FUN.

I certainly do, and when they aren't up to their old standard's it's quite warranted to critique, question, and yes, complain. I'm sorry these opinions effect your enjoyment of the place... Though I do partake in the discussion of how Disney could be better (and in how they still provoke the wonder you spoke about) I really don't let other's thoughts, and my own, even really detract from the fun, and excitement that comes with visiting WDW. Heck, I'm going next week, after saving for a long time, and I'm psyched.

Plus it could be just me but the amount of new info and stuff postings seems way down on here, perhaps I am not the only one to move on.

If you don't like the complaints people are posting on this site, then just stop reading it.

Even Doobie and Rebekah recognized the need to create more Disneyworld interest thus it helped make their decision to move across the country an important aspect. I think LP needs to keep all posters welcome.

People used to post on this board constantly. I'd come home from work and there would be at least 50 new posts to read. Now, it's the same people posting the same thing repeatedly. They took a fun, vibrant place and turned it into a boring, melancholy place.

Like, say, dissatisfaction with the Disney lifestyle in general? As for wanting the boards to return to the good ol' days... If the "positive posters" are so wimpy as to bail on the web site and allow the "negative nellies" to take over, it's their own fault for leaving. The only way the site will ever return to "what it used to be" is for the happy happy joy joy posters to gird their loins and stick around. And if LP is such a "boring, melanchony place" then why are you still here? Can't be all that bad if you're still participating.

Where there's smoke there's fire. Etc. People aren't dumb, and anyone can see that the quality has slipped heavily in the past few years. And there is a growing number of fans that aren't going to keep quiet about it. This isn't just at LP. It's all over the place. <<Plus it could be just me but the amount of new info and stuff postings seems way down on here, perhaps I am not the only one to move on.>> What new info? Seriously. Go to another site and tell me what new info there is about WDW? And I'm not talking about some crap thread about Blizzard Beach being closed because of cold weather. You find almost no real "new" info on WDW sites because there isn't anything new or exciting to write about. It's why you'll find 10 threads in their "News and Rumors" sections titled "Z0MG NEW LANDZ 4 DAK!!!!!!&!!&!"

I's clutching plush. It's reverted!

I used to think that about another site. I left that one when I no longer felt that way. Notice how I had to take action in all those scenarios? I didn't ask anyone to change because I was unhappy at what others were independently doing. The complaining about people complaining it getting old.

I've learned the hard way not to worry, or to conform for people on the internet.

C'mon everyone, let's hold digital hands and sing, 'A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes.' I heard a rumor that our complaints are turning the Tree of Life's leaves brown. We can't let that happen! Think back to your most magical memory in a WDW restroom and we can solve this thing!
