Let the flavorful notes linger on your palette and now be sure you caught that little bio-line at the bottom.. and there's of course this supporting evidence.. http://www.norway.org/ARCHIVE/...04epcot/ Oh.. So you see this person actually does things differently from how we typically view "Disney" management mentality.. and from how we see the results at Epcot, is pretty effective at it. And there's this.. http://firechief.com/leadershi...nkers_2/ "The way to organizational effectiveness lies in the strength of a few key things done extremely well that are derived from effective leadership. I don't mean to insinuate that it is easy, but it's not as complex as one might believe."

If you expect people to take you seriously, perhaps you shouldn't come off sounding so pompous, because that's how you are coming across to me.

So there is definitely something to be said for the old Epcot way of doing thing. Sometimes folks take what i say far too negatively.

Anyways back on topic. After reading all the articles (What else am I going to do waiting for bio to start?)if he practices what he preaches everything should work out fine. Especially if he follows this principle that he posted "The first step in this journey is to make sure that the ladder is indeed leaning against the right wall." While that should be common sense... as we can see in everyday life. The majority of people don't look at where the ladder is. They just throw it out and hope it sticks. Good articles merf. *wedonthaveathumbsupiconbutweshould*
