So I had the idea to have the Disney Dream job sweepstakes but make it a TV show, have people send in their clips air them on TV, and after Disney has picked those they feel would meet the requirements have a series of challenges pertaining to the job where then the viewers could vote on who gets the dream job. During the episodes the dream giveaways could be explained, and I think people would would like to go visit the park to see the person they voted for do their dream job.

( not parades dept they already have the dream job) A cast member can submit a dream job at disney if there dream job is pick then they get to do it for the day. I wish they would let parades do it i know someone who would love to work with the pastry (wedding cakes)
