The people in Iran are not Arabs, and don't call themselves that... And India is certainly not the Middle East, and it is called South Asia. Pakistan used to be two parts, west and east. East is now Bangladesh. Afghanistan is more towards the Middle East, so I would say Pakistan is not really there, although it does have a Moslem population.
