Murder in Texas is probably the most famous (and he's excellent), but I wish I could remember the name of the one where he plays the main character's father and is so awful to her... withholding of affection, super-critical of her even as an adult, subtly demeaning her constantly - he's kind of the ANTI-Andy Taylor in it, the most awful kind of parent, and I remember thinking it was kind of a gutsy move to play someone so completely unlikeable (brilliantly) and so contrary to your well-established and highly successful image.
