It's in the AKL's DVC wing, so it's a little removed from the 'regular' part of the hotel, but it's a great place for an experience. Big picture windows look out on the savanah (from the ground floor), yet the restaurant manages to still feel enclosed and cozy. The food is just adventurous enough that you felt like you stepped out of your comfort zone, yet familiar enough that everybody could find something they'd like. Plus, the servers were all top notch (though we were there within about a year of its opening, so that may have changed as the staff rotates through)

If you love buffets it's Boma's.
Jiko's & Sanaa's are both table service with lovely surroundings. Sanaa does have the animals just outside the windows.
Allears.net has pictures & menus with prices it may help with the decision.

Jiko all the way. Boma is a great buffet but it can be very loud and boisterous. Jiko is a far more refined and polished affair.
