I snapped at a CM one day because I just couldn't take it anymore. Not something I am proud of and, as somebody who has worked extensively in customer service I usually am EXCEEDINGLY nice and polite to even the surliest of staff(and WDW has some truely surly CMs!).

This one day however I had just had ENOUGH. Fortunately a trip on Kali and a good splashing got me nice and cool.

You know that DHS will be called "MGM" for years to come.

I will either call it MGM or The Studios. :)

At least they asked. :) I don't tend to like to be squirted - or have those big earth balls thrown at me. One of these days I'll have a ball thrown, and I'll take it and thank them for the gift...:-D

That is funny about the CM! - but IMHO, if you throw something at me, it's mine! I've always given them back, but I personally don't think they should be throwing the balls at people. Not everyone sees it, and it's one of my minor Disney pet peeves.

Lately, CM's have also been throwing balls during parades (with kids). I have nearly been hit a couple of times, I'm not too fond of that either. Most of my pet peeves tend to have something to do with getting hit! (including those lighted swords).
