The gripe I have with the mono spiels is that there are way too many of them and they are too commercialized. Too much blah blah blah!! After a while..it all goes over people's heads. Sometimes too, depending on the monorail... these spiels are played at very loud volumes and it drives me crazy! You have to scream to talk to the person next to you, which then, makes the monorail travels very noisy.. I much prefer TDR Line's soft music approach with miminal announcements. I mean.. do we really need to know that's the Wedding Chappel to the left where only rich people can afford to get married, or the Golf Resort to the right where anti-war protestors can't stay, oh and buy into our DVC program!!! Just too much unnecesary info...

The voice on the spiel could be a low-key, sexy 2001 "Hal" type voice, briefly announcing such things as "Dong! -- Door Closing," "Dong! -- Magic Kingdom Station," "Dong! -- TTC -- MK Parking Lot or transfer to Epcot," or "Dong! -- Traffic clearance delay," etc. ONE MORE IDEA -- There should be a bonus on the monorail -- if any "Traffic clearance" delay lasts longer than say, 60 seconds, everyone on board gets a free FastPass for some attraction. Heck, traffic delays are when Stitch could even chime in. He could do the last 5 seconds of the 60-second countdown. And then he could make the freebie announcement.
