I'm thinking of just getting the Southern CA Select (8 bucks a month) for now. If I find myself going more often, can I upgrade to a Deluxe? How does that work? 2. If you go on a blockout date, is there any kind of discount on a ticket to get in? Thank You!!

With the monthly payments, I assume they will take the difference in price and spread it out over the remaining payments for the year. You don't get a prorated price for upgrading later on. If you go on a day that's blacked out, you can definitely buy blackout pass. I believe they currently cost around $40 per day.

I found that out the hard way. "If you go on a day that's blacked out, you can definitely buy blackout pass. I believe they currently cost around $40 per day." $45. Plus parking.
