As for the OP - I also had an extended holiday in Orlando(23 nights)and decided on the AP. It saved us a LOT of money just in parking fees every day. Plus it was nice just to sail through the checkpoint, holding up an AP - made us feel like VIPs! : ) I LOVED spending so long in Central Florida because we also spent a lot of time at Uni and got to see SW and KSC. Orlando is INCREDIBLE!!!!

Sadly, my commuting costs to work, council tax and some exciting (and expensive) dental work has led to the cancellation. 4 weeks does make up for it though. My partner has never been to Universal so we can do that too but I like having Disney open to us for the whole trip. Are there any discounts for shops?

I agree with the name being stupid- but this last trip I saved enough to almost fully cover the cost of my AP --( we had 9 people in the group for 7 days - 15 meals.

Between my AP,DVC, DDE (now Tables) and my AMEX credit card travel points, I sometimes feel like I get every 3rd trip for free. It's probably close.
