I don't know if that kind of thing even exits out there. Of course, there may be no market for this kind of thing, with all the hotels and motels. Here in CA, there are some condo complexes near the beaches that are set up to do the daily and weekly rentals for their owners including the housekeeping. If this kind of property exists near WDW, I would love to work with an LP regular if one of you is a realtor to find one(keeping in mind that this may never come to fruition) as you guys would understand why this would be my dream! Thanks for any help.

He had been looking to unload his house and get something closer in, but he's not desperate to do so, and told me that right now the market is a bit soft, and his weeks (even that far from the parks) are renting well, so he's thinking about taking it back off the market until it improves. He also believes that there were a lot of short-term real estate investors that were hoping to flip for a profit, but got caught underwater when the market softened. So, it sounds like it's a bit of a buyer's market right now. He also said that if we was going to do it over again, he'd rather buy a condo---preferably in Windsor Hills or Windsor Palms---both for the better location, and because he thought that the private pool was more of a hassle than it was worth, especially as a remote owner. The trickiest part is getting a good local property manager. That can make all the difference in the world, and it's probably not going to be cheap to get someone who is good.
