And in August Florida heat no less! I miss Future Corps! Here's another good video... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =ggoojRN6FRE&mode=related&search= Bonus points if you can figure out their location (hint...it ain't Epcot!).

Although they did have to perform in the summer heat, it looks like those uniforms are a lot more summer friendly than most woll/polyester blend marching band uniforms, so I'm sure the performers appreciate the relief. It also looks like they didn't do a ton of marching, so that would help too. I would assume if they were still around, they would play music that was a little more "futuristic" now, because those songs, while performed very well, have an 80's health class video sound to them. As for the location, the first one appears to be directly in front of the Land, near the breezeway between the buildings. The first few seconds clearly show the top of the building, and the Monorail beam in front of it. The second appears to be in Tomorrowland, in front of the Skyway station and Space Mountain, but there are large green refurb tarps up, so it is kind of difficult to tell. My only other guess for where that one is might possibly be in TDL, but it looks more like WDW to me.

As for the Future Corps.. sorry X but I do not miss them. They used to perform in CommuniCore and their music rebounded so loud that it hurt my ears to go pass that area when they boys where playing. I will miss *GORGEOUS* terribly though...

And yes, I was referring to the first video regarding Florida heat. TDLFAN, I can understand your point, Future Corps had some serious VOLUME!! However, I love it. And yes, those costumes were nice for summertime, very comfortable (never wore one, but I talked to some of the guys about them). The reason they were playing at Tokyo Disneyland, by the way, is because they were invited to Japan to perform at a marching band competition and stopped by TDL for a day to entertain. Unfortunately, I missed it, but from other videos I've seen they attracted HUGE crowds that day...very popular. p.s. Ferret, I don't think those are refurb tarps, just hedges (the autopia is behind there).

Just to the left of the tall hedges is a fairly short (3-4' tall) hedge that covers a fair ammount of space, in the shape of our favorite mouse. Looking at Google Earth, I can't really tell if it is still there or not, but there are three round hedges there now.
