Anyone got a Plaza Inn Chicken copycat recipe?

The only problem I've had with the Plaza's chicken is that sometimes it's *really* salty but when it's not, it's really good. The last time we were there, they gave us 4 smaller pieces rather than the 3 huge ones we used to getting. I always had a hard time finishing that 3rd piece.
