If money is tight - I did the priceline thing for my family and got the Hyatt at 45 bucks a night - they had more money to spend on food and souvenirs.

I had called asking about AP rates for feb, and there weren't any, so she asked me if I had a Disney Visa, because there was a special. I thought that was very nice of her to find me a good deal. It is just wrong that you basically have to have inside information to get the best rate offered during the time you're going to be staying at a hotel. ARGH!!
