As for renewing online, once the AP is processed (usually within a day or two), your old barcode will show up as no longer valid at the CM turnstile, when that happens, just tell them that you just renewed, if needed. Most of them have learned to check the expiration date on the AP (still valid) and then ask you if you just renewed. Takes just a few seconds, and you can enter the park. If you are getting too many hassles, you could go over to the Guest Services windows near the Disneyland turnstiles and tell them your problem, they will either issue you a one day pass or just print you a new AP, but then, it would be the STANDARD version, so I wouldn't go there, and just live with the hassle at the turnstiles. It should arrive in Indiana around 1 week after you ordered online, so you might want to time when you place your order to have the least amount of trips planned.
