Even the ones on the sides of the buildings appear to be angled so that they will point in that general direction. It's a nice design touch that will also give the buildings some more depth, which can be difficult to do on larger towers. I'm also surprised how far along they are! I would think that those roof structures would be fairly late in the building process, so it's exciting to see them going up already.
