AP's - When Are They Activated?

They are not activated on purchase, but they do expire after a time. I believe the current expiration is 90 days from purchase but I haven't seen a voucher lately so it could have changed.

Passports can be purchased at the Ticket Booths well in advance of a visit and are not activated until you enter. Unless, again, you upgraded from another previously used passport such as a Hopper, etc.

    If you renewed and received the renewal rate, then the passport is activated on the day your last one expired. If you do not choode to take advantage of the renewal rate then it starts the day you enter the Parks.

    No. They did your pass wrong. Annual Passports are not processed the day you buy them, they are processed the day you enter the Parks. I'd definitely call and ask to talk to a Main Entrance manager and let them know what happened.
