(by the way, did you guys know that Russian conflict was unprovoked? she thinks so)

Scary stuff, people. All you supporters better think long and hard here.

Scary. Just as I feared (perhaps even worse!).

She HAS been! That's how she pronounces it! I downloaded the text of her RNC speech, since I'd missed it on the radio, & saw they spelled it semi-phonetically: "new-clear." I thought they were talking about something new, LOL, until I heard a news report explaining the situation several days later.

    But, yah, she's a nuke-you-ler personality.

So, because there are a lot of idiots, it's okay?

I'm frankly tired of idiots mispronouncing it. Particularly leaders of our country.

I don't want our leaders to sound like idiots.

    Do you?

But I agree, someone with a college degree should be able to pronounce it correctly.

A lip of the tongue is one thing, as opposed to chhronic mispronunciation.

At least the Obama isn't threatening to go to war with Russia over defending a former Soviet Republic.

Now, would it be considered rude for just one of them, very, very politely of course, to simply point out to the president that he is mispronouncing the word? I mean, his wife is a former teacher, no? Couldn't she at some point just kind of drop a hint?

It surprises me that with all the intensive coaching and stage direction Mrs. Palin has received over the last two weeks, the entire McCain coaching staff didn't notice -- or care -- that she too mispronounces the word.
