It goes right down Harbor and into the shuttle area. Coming home you would be the last drop off so, unless you are exhausted, I would just walk it in 10 minutes you will beat the shuttle home. Off season you should be okay getting a seat, they will let you stand too.

How long does it take from Hojos?<< Basically you take the ART from HoJo's to the park, and then transfer to the Route "L" shuttle at the tram loading area. Route "L" only runs once an hour, currently leaving the tram loading area at DLR at the bottom of the hour 30). It should take about 20 minutes to get to the Block of Orange. >>-overall experience using the ART?<< I have ridden it a few times, and had no issues, the buses are very clean. I recommend it over driving to the park and parking, that can be a bigger hassle than using ART, but if I am staying at HoJo's, I tend to just walk to the park.

However, we are planning a visit with friends and they feel the walk is too far and for this reason, is considering closer accommodation. However, we are huge fans of Hojos (it feels like home) so I am trying to gather information about different options. Thanks for all the responses so far.

They did this 3 days in a row, it may be an isolated incident but it really ate into our schedule. I just don't like being dependant on them.
