I also had a chance to have a cup of coffee with the Nurmis not too far from where I stayed. The rate for Hampton Inn Vancouver airport is around $150 Canadian per night. Canadian dollar is higher than US dollar, so the US conversion is around $135

I couldn't bear the thought of her in a hotel all by her lonesome! Plus, the south airport (where the PH flight leaves from) is kinda remote and not easily accessed by shuttles and the like, she would just end up paying more in taxis. I'll email ya. C/
