However I don't mind pulling them out of school if it means that it will be less crowded in September than in August. Thank you for any advice that you can give.

If we go later in September, then we can do MNSSHP again. Also with it will be $70 a night cheaper to stay at the WL than when we were there in October 2006. Then if they are still doing the free Disney Dining plan, all the money we would have used for food can go for shopping.

The longest I have ever waited in line in Sept is 20 mins. So the sign said at the front of Splash Mt. The parks close pretty early. Around 7PM for the MK. But with small crowds there is plent of time to see and do everything in the parks. Plus extra magic hours at night is good as I have seen Some pretty good character greetings at that time of year. One year Mickey ,Goofy and Donald in Space suits at Space Mt. The weather is still warm. Between 80 and 95 on avg. One time I went it even hit 100. So weather is good. And the best thing Kids are in School! LOL sorry I forgot you had kids going. LOL. Just kidding. Take them around labor day week, that way they will only miss one less day.

But feels like it's too expensive and over rated. LOL I think he's come to grips though that he is indeed out numbered now and just enjoys it!!

My husband biggest problem is that it means he will have to not play World of Warcraft for 8 days. I think this time, I will take my laptop for him, and get some alone time in a park with my DS's

My kids are older so we rarly even walk through Mickey's toon town and fantansyland doesn't take nearly as long. They are Ok missing Peter Pan or Winnie the Pooh in order ot wait for Splash or Space Mountains. I know we enjoy more of the atmosphere than we did the first few times and take it at a more relaxing pace. In Sept the crowds may be thin enough to go slow, relax and still see most things.

Things start out slowly now, and they don't really hit that learning rush until after the X-mas break. I seem to remeber school starting much faster than that. Kids these days.

Also, I do a great deal of planning and we pick out the rides we want to do before hand. Then we plan a route that will help get in the rides in without having to bounce from one side of the park to the other. Once we have been on all the rides that the DS's picked out then, if we have time, we do other rides again, or do new ones.
