However, I tried that oh a few weeks ago and they told me I'd have to mail in the request. Ugh!! Another friend of mine on LP (Tiggirl) once answered this very question for me I think last year, but the topic I figured got burried so I inquired on a Yahoo Disney group and someone had told me they tried this and I believe they said it worked. Now last Winter when they wrote back saying they can do this (Guest Communications), I had just a few more basic questions. Like color or b/w, and they wrote back saying, "Again" and repeated the same info they gave me the first time. :/ Here is the email they most recently wrote back to me on July 10th: We are excited to learn that you are a dedicated fan of the Disney characters. As our Disney characters are very busy greeting park Guests, we ask that all requests for one (1) character fan card be submitted in writing. For this reason, we are unable to comply with your request for a character fan card from email at this time. We suggest sending your written request via certified mail to ensure delivery. Please address all correspondence to: DISNEYLAND® Resort Guest Communications Attn: Character Fan Mail P.O. Box 3232 Anaheim, CA 92803 So I guess I chose a busy time, naturally, to write them back about this, heheh ;P Best of luck, LB! =)

That kind of understanding, but I'm not entirely sure. Anyways, I told her I'd find out for her. So I came here. That and I emailed a friend who works over at WDW, also from LP. She said she doesn't recall ever hearing of the characters writing back. But I don't think that really mattered to her, I mean it did, but I think she was more interested in just writing to her because that is her absolute favourite Disney Princess.

He answered a few questions that I had asked, (his handwriting is somewhat difficult to read but I managed) made a few comments of his own. I never expected anything from him, even forgot the letter more or less once sent. His reply to me is one of the reasons that I do have a great amount of respect for him. He really does, (in spite of what some people think of his practices as Chair and CEO) he really does or did care about the Disney Company. It truly was his heart and soul. Yes it was his time to leave, and yes perhaps he waited a little too long, but there is so much more to such an incredibly complex situation in the latter 6 years or so...there was plenty of blame to go around. Unfortunately the "head of state" has to take the credit as well as the blame. Someday I hope he is immortalized and honored in some fashion fitting for all the positive he did for the company. Okay off the soap box, I'll bet writing gets you the photo. Then there is always ebay.
