I liked the halloween theme change for Space Mountain. Although I'm glad its not permanent. I would next time avoid the holiday weekend thing. It was so packed on Sunday you couldn't move through the crowds. And lets just say - there are TOO many strollers in the park. Overall the trip was good. Our meals were all good. We had a family tradgedy however, our mother passed away while we were there. She was sick for a long time but still was unexpected that week and very hard. I was glad we were with my Dad when it happened. Being at Disney when something like that happens is a blessing and hard at the same time. I want to say the the Candy Cane Inn was very supportive of all the faxing we had to do. They are a terrific place to stay.

You will love the CCI. Its a great place to stay. My favorite is the DLH, then the GC. Next is CCCI then Hojo.

And will avoid holiday weekends from now on!

Planning to take my boys in June. My youngest graduates and this will most likely be the last time I can get all 3 of them together for a trip. They are growing up and have their own lives. But they still love Disneyland. They all want to go!

I'm sure your boys will continue to join you for DLR trips :) Somehow ours manage to still make the time :):)
