One lady even used the 'F" word! These CM's were oblivious to the guests standing around who were able to hear them. I was shocked to say the least. You don't bad mouth your employer within ear shot of guests or customers, regardless of who your employer is. They were moaning and groaning about the pay scale and how everyone is leaving Disney for Universal because Universal pays .25 more per hour.

I would have marched into City Hall to compplain loudly about that, just like I complained about a similar incident with another female CM at the MGM sorcerer hat shop who b**** and moaned about her job while ringing my order up and not even acknowledging me except to say "it's $11.49 please". With no thanks after that. I revel on those incidents because I *will* get them in trouble with management... not just by complaining to Guests services but by demanding to speak with their immediate supervisor on the spot! So beware of TDLFAN when he's in da parks.
