I'd also like to say I have seen homes in the US that would put the worst of these British homes to "shame?" If you haven't seen it, catch an episode, but I warn you, don't eat before you view.

I am amazed at what these two go through to whip a home back into shape, one recent episode it took a HAZMAT team 6 hours just to shovel out the "rubbish." I guess I am a fan of "trashy" television. ;)

I don't know quite how things get that bad in so many episodes.. I like that they do the follow up at the end of the episode.

LOL now my home is nothing like the junk piles and filth you see in these homes. But I never knew how easy it is for bacteria and things to grow on kitchen counter tops.

I'll never grab the little one's binky off the floor and pop it back into his mouth. lol What a great show. I never knew flies, (which are rare in our home but hey we live in the deep sounth and they aren't called "house flies" for nothing) regrgitate and lay eggs on the things they land on. barf!

I spent my entire weekend cleaning, reorganizing and painting my bedroom. For inspiration I let the episodes of this show run on youtube while I cleaned haha.
