Still I'd love to see how Rapunzel manages to deal with all that hair on stage. ORGOCH: Got hair conditioner???

The exit surveys are still stellar. That amphitheater was even more horrible than the current venue. The problem with the current venue is that it is a theme park outdoor theater - it makes it very difficult to stage anything (much like the awful Fantasyland Theater at DL). It makes the acoustics terrible and the lighting almost impossible during the day. WDW hated spending the money on the Finding Nemo theater (and it was very expensive) but it was entirely necessary to create the product. I wish that the B&B venue could undergo the same transformation but D/MGM can't function without that show as it is a relatively high capacity show that is hugely popular with guests. I've no idea where the rumors about Tangled came from as I've never seen any plans for a dedicated show. It is almost impossible to stage due to the settings - creating the necessary scale would be very problematic - not just for Rapunzel's tower but also the flood scene and the village kingdom scenes.

Who says there has to be a flood, or that Rapunzel must live in a tower?

They inclosed that space when they were doing all of the LMA construction in the area, but it hasn't had a consistent use since then. I don't think it's as big as the BATB place, but it could work as a temporary home. Or they could just use the other theater for a new show, if the BATB show really is that popular (I've never had the slightest desire to see it, and have managed to skip it on every trip so far)
